These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Swastik Relocation Packers and Movers in Bengaluru. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1.1 A booking is confirmed only after the agreed advance payment and confirmation of service details.
1.2 Quotes may be revised if the actual volume of goods is significantly different from the survey estimate.
1.3 Special items not disclosed at the time of booking may attract additional handling charges.
2.1 A booking advance is normally required to reserve the move date.
2.2 The remaining amount is payable before or at the time of delivery as agreed.
2.3 Applicable taxes are charged as per law.
3.1 Refunds or rescheduling support depend on how early the customer informs us before the move date.
3.2 Urgent last-minute cancellations may lead to partial or no refund of the booking advance.
4.1 Transit insurance support is available based on the declared move details and applicable coverage terms.
4.2 Any damage or loss concerns should be reported promptly after delivery.
4.3 We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, regulatory restrictions, or force majeure situations.
5.1 Customers must share accurate information about item volume, high-value goods, and access conditions.
5.2 Prohibited items such as hazardous materials, illegal substances, and live animals must not be included in the shipment.
5.3 A responsible adult should be available at pickup and delivery points during the move.
Our scope depends on the booked package. Services may include packing, loading, transport, unloading, and unpacking support based on the final quotation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
